Ebooks and Audiobooks

Your digital products are delivered immediately by Bookfunnel! If you don't see an email from them, check your spam folder. If you need any kind of help downloading, opening, or loading your ebook to your device, click the Help link at the top of your book download page and Bookfunnel Support will help you out.

If you can't find the Bookfunnel email, note that Gmail may have routed it into Updates or Spam tabs.

(Normal) Paperbacks

If you're ordering a normal paperback, your order will be printed and shipped by Bookvault. You'll receive a tracking number from them. You can expect it to take 1-2 weeks for printing, and then the shipping time will vary based on distance and your preferred shipper.

Doodled Paperbacks

If you've ordered a hand-doodled and autographed book, your order will be coming from the jaguar! But that means she'll have to order your book, wait for it to arrive, then give it the fancy treatment before mailing it back out. Please expect about 1-2 months' turnaround for this personalized order.
